CHECK-IN POLICIES

Registered guest must be 21 years or older and must present a government-issued photo ID as well as a valid credit or debit card. Name on ID and credit/debit card must match name on reservation. A signature of registered guest is required on registration form.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We do not accept cash payments. Only Visa Card, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express are acceptable forms of payment. Name on the credit card must match name on reservation.

Latest at time of arrival the presented card will be fully charged for the estimated room charges and taxes of the entire stay. If a debit card is presented upon check-in a $250 refundable deposit is required. It may take up to 3 days or longer for your bank to credit a refund.

PRE-PAID RESERVATIONS

In case of a pre-paid reservation rate the used card must be presented upon check-in and match the name on the reservation. This includes reservations made through booking.com. Should a different card be used for prepayment please immediately contact the hotel and request a third party credit card authorization form. Without a completed authorization form, to include copies of the card holder’s ID and credit card, the check-in will be delayed until such form, supporting documentation and full payment is obtained by the hotel.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECKOUT

Rooms may not be available until 3pm, our standard check-in time. Early check-in is granted complimentary and based on availability. Late departure after the standard check-out time of 11am may result in a late departure fee and will vary depending on time of day.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY POLICY

The maximum occupancy is 2 adults in our Studios, 3 adults in our Deluxe and Executive Studios, 4 adults in our 1-Bedroom Apartments and 5 adults in our 2-Bedroom Apartments.

Should an additional bed (rollaway) be needed for guest that was not included in the confirmed reservation then a nightly fee of $50 plus taxes is charged. Only rollaways confirmed at time of reservation are guaranteed.

SOCIAL GATHERING POLICY  

Please entertain/socialize in an unobtrusive fashion. Parties are not permitted in our apartments. Quiet hours begin at 9pm. Note our aforementioned maximum occupancy policy. Any overnight guest’s names must be provided for registration. Violation of this policy may result in immediate eviction of the additional visitors.

Noise and odor complaints may result in recovery fees in the amount of any compensation granted, at the hotel’s discretion, to all impacted hotel guests.

NON-SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on property. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee assessed if it is determined that there was smoking or any other activities emitting offensive odors by anyone in your apartment during your reservation period.

Smoking or vaping of recreational drugs is strictly forbidden. Any occurrence will result in the immediate eviction of all occupants without compensation of the room rate.

PET POLICY

There is a one-time, non-refundable cleaning fee of $100. Dangerous breeds and/or dogs over 30 pounds are not permitted at the discretion of the hotel. Please contact the hotel prior to making a reservation to confirm your pet is allowed. Pets may not be left unattended at any time. Compensation to other guests resulting from noise caused by pets will be back-charged to the pet owner.
