New Year’s Eve Cocktail: Champagne Slushies

New Year’s Eve Cocktail: Champagne Slushies

If welcoming the New Year with champagne is a tradition, shake things up for New Year’s Eve 2016 and try a new way to toast with midnight bubbles. Enter champagne slushies – a slightly sweeter version of traditional champagne brought to you from Happy holidays!

What You’ll Need:

  • Champagne
  • Sugar
  • Peach schnapps
  • 2-3 Peaches
  • Ice

What to Do:

  • Slice peaches into small sections. Add peaches, an entire bottle of champagne, a few splashes of schnapps, and 1-2 tablespoons of sugar into a blender. Fill the rest with ice.
  • Blend until smooth. Serve into margarita or champagne glasses and serve! If you aren’t a fan of peach, skip the schnapps and fresh peaches. You can substitute your favorite fruits like strawberries, and add a splash of fruit-flavored vodka instead. Add more sugar for added sweetness.
