What’s Ahead for Q&A Residential Hotel by Furnished Quarters

Furnished Quarters’ first Q&A Residential Hotel opens tomorrow, November 25th, 2015 at 70 Pine Street in downtown Manhattan. Months of passion and hard work from the Furnished Quarters and Q&A Hotel teams have led to this pivotal moment when we officially open our doors. The hotel’s star feature is its huge suites, which are actual studio, loft, one and two-bedroom apartments. Each has its own full-sized and fully-equipped kitchen. Soon to come are exciting additions guests can look forward to for their next extended stay in NYC:

La Palestra (Coming early December 2015)

La Palestra is a state-of-the-art health and wellness center that shares the 70 Pine landmark with Q&A Hotel. Guests will have access to the 21,000-square-foot facility that includes the best strength and cardio equipment. La Palestra is more than just an attractive space—it’s designed for you to reach your top fitness goals.

Black Fox Coffee (Coming January 2016)

Nothing starts or concludes the day like a perfectly brewed cup of coffee. Black Fox Coffee is an artisan Australian coffee shop offering everything from expresso to cold-pressed juices. Select pastries and sandwiches will also be available. Kick back with a cappuccino, croissant and a good book.

Urban Market (Coming Spring 2016)

Another great addition to Q&A residential hotel: the lobby will feature Urban Market, an organic gourmet market modeled after the Williamsburg, Brooklyn outpost. Here you’ll find all of your fresh fruits and vegetables, breads and any ingredients you’ll need to craft a delicious meal in your suite’s kitchen. It will be a welcome addition to the Financial District, and it’s directly accessible in the hotel lobby area.

Rooftop Dining and Lounge (Coming Winter 2016)

The esteemed restaurant team, Chef April Bloomfield and restaurateur Ken Friedman, of The Spotted Pig and The Breslin fame) are creating one of the city’s most exciting new food and drink destinations on the top four floors of 70 Pine. The high altitude, high-draw collection of restaurants will offer options for everything from cocktails and small plates to casual meals to exquisite private dining with a 360-view.
