What’s a Residential Hotel? | Q&A

What’s a Residential Hotel? | Q&A It’s pretty easy to snag a hotel room in New York City. But finding a place to stay that’s a full-sized apartment available for stays of less than 30 days, is a completely different story. Enter Furnished Quarters’ newest concept, a residential hotel, called Q&A. This residential hotel offers a new option for extended stays in NYC, allowing you to really settle into a full-sized apartment instead of just an ordinary hotel room, for up to 29 days. The Concept Q&A is smack dab in the middle of Manhattan’s Financial District, featuring 132 full-size suites that are housed within a sophisticated Art Deco skyscraper. The full-sized apartments feel more like a home to live in rather than a hotel to store your luggage in. Ranging from 450 to 1,400 square feet, the spaces have a fully equipped kitchen (yes, that includes a regular sized fridge and dishwasher), allow enough space for your pet to stay in, and feature in-home offices. The apartment-style suites range from a studio to one- and two-bedroom configurations, making this residential hotel a perfect option for those with families or who just want the extra space. Q&A Perks At Q&A, guests will also experience traditional hotel services, including complimentary continental breakfast, free WiFi, housekeeping, a concierge, a fitness center, business center, valet, dry cleaning, and preferred access to the rooftop lounge and restaurant.  So if you’re visiting New York and are looking for an extended stay residential hotel, stay in a full-size suite at Q&A, enjoy many of the perks of typical hotels, and live like a local with...
